  简 介

  南洋酒业有限公司的前身是茅台镇1978年创建的集体所有制企业台河酒厂,国茅牌老台贡牌五星国茅酒、将府酒、老台贡酒独产于中国的贵州省仁怀市茅台镇,系中国白酒著名品牌。

  南洋酒业酿造的酱香型白酒系列酒,继承了茅台镇久远的酿造传统工艺。历史记载:清代茅台村“荣昌烧坊”之传统工艺所酿造的回沙茅村酒,曾称誉“品之醇,气之香,乃百经自具,非假曲与香料而成,造法不易,他处难以仿制……”沧桑更替,而回沙茅村酒的酿造工艺一代一代的传承到了今天,并不断向世人展示着她独领风骚的神异馨香。南洋酒业就是继承了这一古老酿酒传统。

  在茅台镇还具有极特殊的自然环境和气候条件。它位于贵州高原最低点的盆地,海拔仅440米,远离高原气流,终日云雾密集。夏日持续35~39℃的高温期长达5个月,一年有大半时间笼罩在闷热、潮湿的雨雾之中。这种特殊气候、水质、土壤条件,对于酒料的发酵、熟化非常有利,同时也部分地对茅台镇酒中香气成分的微生物产生、精化、增减起了决定性的作用。

  用水是赤水河的水,赤水河水质好,用这种入口微甜、无溶解杂质的水经过蒸馏酿出的酒特别甘美。取当地红梁、小麦之精髓,经八道蒸烤,七次取酒,土瓦罐,陈年窖藏3年以上,精心勾兑而成,故酒质甘美,具有“入口绵、满口香、下喉爽、回味甜”,空杯留香,饮后不上头,暖胃怡神等特点。

  贵州茅台镇南洋酒业酿造的国茅牌酱香型白酒先后荣获“中国名优白酒”、“中国白酒著名品牌”、“全国绿色健康放心食品”等荣誉称号。白酒泰斗秦含章先生为本公司美酒题词:“赤水浪打茅台边,青山环酿湿温天,浓中有酱新好酒,居上后来醉诗仙”、“酒中珍品老台贡”,此赞美诗句已广为流传。南洋酒业被中国质量信誉协会评为“国家权威检测认可质量信誉服务三优企业”。企业已通过ISO9001/2000质量认证。本公司酿造基地已有数十年历史,年产优质酒近千吨,二期扩建工程正在筹建。

  南洋酒业成功参加“东亚投资论坛”大会,广交世界朋友,“老台贡酒”被选评为“东亚投资论坛”指定用酒、还成功参加在人民大会堂召开的“中国小康发展高峰会”,老台贡酒被选为“人民大会堂会议指定用酒”。

  abstract

  Nanyang Ltd’s predecessor is Taihe liquor industry built in 1978.Five Stars Guomao, Jiangfu, and Laotaigong, which is well-known in the country, is only produced in Maotai town, Guizhou, China.

  The liquor produced by Nanyang Ltd carried forward the long craft in Maotai town. It was said that the craft , which was born in Maotai town in Qing dynasty, was awarded as“Taste of alcohol, gas of the incense, is the best by self, not fake piece and perfume, made method is not easy, elsewhere is difficult to copy” .After a very long time, the craft has been imparting in the 21st century.

  There ie a special natural environment and climatic conditions in Maotai town. Maotai town is located in the lowest place in Guizhou plateau, which height is only 440 meters. Maotai town is far away plateau airflow and has a lot of rain all day. In summer, the temperature is 35~39 ℃ for 5 months. This natural environment is good for making liquor.

  The liquor made in Maotai town is called "sweet, pure and beautiful, which is brewed by Chishui river and took red beam local wheat essence, after eight steaming roast, seven times another bottle of liquor, soil crock, old aged more than 3 years, carefully blending,with entrance cotton readily joss-stick throat under cool sweet aftertaste, fragrant in empty cup. After drinking is not top, warm stomach, off-dry, etc.

  Nanyang Ltd brewing of kingdom MAO ,which is maotai-flavor liquor brand, has won the China quality liquor, Chinese famous liquor brand and National Green Health Food, etc. Hanzhang Qin ,a leading authority of liquor, wrote a well-known inscription for our liquor “Waves hit Maotai Chishui, castle peak ring made wet day warm, thick sauce of new good liquor, drunk in later on by old liquor treasures in Laotaigong “ Nanyang Ltd ,which has passed ISO9001/2000 quality certification, is awarded as “the national quality prestige service three-excellent enterprise” by the Chinese quality & reputation association. Our company, which has decades of history, has nearly one thousand tons annual output of high-quality liquor, and the second stage of the project is preparing.

  In order to make friend all over the world, Nanyang Ltd took part in East Asian investment conference on BBS, when Laotaigong liquor was awarded as “Liquor designated for East Asian investment conference”. Shortly afterwards, Nanyang Ltd took part in “The well-off development summit in China” in the Great Hall, when Laotaigong liquor was awarded as “Liquor designated for the Great Hall”.

  In order to seek the company development, Nanyang Ltd has joined in “Unity friendly association for the advancement of the Chinese nation”, “the world famous drink association” and “National trade promotion agency of China”. The companydevelops with the concept of scientific development, and contributes to the Two civilization, and Philanthropy of China.
